In Narmada Valley Development Authority Dn. 21Ex EE Aaragh who passed more than 8 years, swallowed more than Rs.100crorewith contractors such as BC Bihani, Karan Developers, Som, Sudershan Cont., M\s Dhyan Singh Ladda Ram Jabalpur, M\s Ghuge & co. Aurngabad, M\s Karan Developers Gwalior for Girbhar Distributory, M\s.Shyam Sunder Maheswari( M\s RN Tondon Jabalpur, Ratan Associates, while most of contractors were highly fraudulent, did not work & constructed work according to standard, swallowed more than 50% money. Of course, Min. KL Agrawal to Chairman, members of engineering, CE, SE, EE, AE’s to sub-engineer all swallowed money from all corners. Highly corrupt contractors BC Bihani, Karan Developers swallowed most of money on fake bills. When question raised on this issue, BC Bihani gone into arbitration with help of ex EE CL Aaragh of Dn.21 Sanawad and asked for money. At last Supreme Court decided and EE got allotment of Rs.1cr, 35lakh 50 thousand to pay him, while EE CL Aaragh is having share at least of Rs.68lakh. while work is still incomplete.
The same these dirty bustards did in Nov. 08 CM, Min. & Chairman released tenders of Rs.2350crore, and sanctioned 10% working capital advance & 5% machinery & stock advance to all contractors i.e., Rs352.50crore to these contractors but yet not any work completed, yet not taken any strong action all these contractors.
