Since Deepawali of 26 Oct. most of Govt. offices were closed in total state, on 27, 28, 29 Oct. without declaration of state Govt. of course in some govt. departments offices were open but 99% staff including officers in charges were also absent, only peon were there, it was at Indore, total Com. Tax, it is the same from dist. collectorate, treasury to even CMO offices, PHE, PWD, WRD, Com. Tax, education, CEO ZP, DFO, DDA, DEO Excise, etc., in Dewas dist. Was totally locked, in Ujjain on 27 Oct. no offices were opened. The same we asked to CM & CS office Bhopal of MP, they replied no official holidays declared on 27, 28, 29 Oct. When I asked on Dewas Dist. Collectorate, only one police guard was at treasury office, he replied while gate of collector office is locked, means there is holiday.
Will CS of state Govt. deduct salary of all 4 days including Sunday & issue show cause notice to Collector Mukesh Gupta of Dewas & all other 49 Dist. Excluding Bhopal because of gates of offices were opened, but there was no staff in all offices. Of course it is biggest part of corruption, while there is no official declaration of holidays, but including collector & its office is totally locked, of course it is the same in total MP State.
