Rau is a village 7km away from Indore, on 06Oct. one factory blasted, 7people died, in which out of 3, 2brother was minor, several injured, many houses & buildings cracked, BJP MLA Jitu Jireti is well aware with all these according to newspaper each 3rd house is having firecracker manufacturing unit, most of workers are child labour, these are more than 200, earning only Rs.70-80 per day. While Indore is having 10 km away Commissioner of MP Labour Department, all these labour inspectors are widely collecting monthly bribe funds, 2nd coincide, director of MP Industrial Health & Safety Department is also sitting in the same premises, but their inspectors are also collecting monthly bribes and keeping their eyes shut from that side. More than 100 big factories, 900 small scale factories are working in Indore Dist. No one factory is following proper rules & regulation of labour laws & Indian Factories act 1948, most of workers are working in very hazardous conditions, 2nd coincide no one factory owner is paying salary even not paying minimum wages of Rs.145/- per day. Each labour & MP IHS inspector are earning Rs.1lakh per month. Rau firecrackers blast is a only small sample of their corrupt mentality.
