In MP Com Tax department, crack Commissioner S Singh asked to departmental officers for 99% self assessment of commercial tax cases to the merchants, traders, industrialists, dealers & distributors etc., most of TIN no. holders are showing minimum turnover of their sales for depositing minimum tax, in this govt. is loosing at least Rs.1000cr. even most of fraudulent businessmen are showing false sales of tax paid goods for getting ITR refunds from Govt., in this govt. is loosing at least Rs200cr. Pa, & same in loosing of penalties of more than Rs.100cr. for submitting late returns, of course revenue is increasing due to increasing rates petroleum such as petrol, diesel, gas, & other related material.
