WRD staff of Ujjain dn. is not only highly cunning & shrewd, but also very careless, useless, & highly notorious chopped tree office campus, most of time total under staff, passes time in talking with each other, taking time from 1pm to 3pm for launch, while female staff passes time in wandering here & there. Most of EE are fade up with this staff. Most of staff of clerical cadre, HGC, UDC & LDC have passed more than 10 to 20 years at same office, same post at one place. Of course these staff members are also waiting for promotions, but in this department no chances of promotion, govt. is giving higher pay scales after a certain time limit. So these clerical cader are also bored, with working on same post, same place
