Highly corrupt & fraudulent EE SK Jain of Dewas, fraudulently got promotion, when he was PMGSY sponsored MPRRDA, he did lots of fraud so he was suspended, at there, but he produced forged papers of his clearance for promotion in MPPWD, when he was posted as EE of Dewas Dn. within 6 month, he also did fraud, he purchased material of Rs.8cr. only for commission without tender, estimate & allotment, than Bangar- Beragarh- Heegli Road construction estimate was sanctioned below 27%, but in newly constructed road, he sanctioned money for repairing & patchwork of road Rs15lakh above 10% & paid Rs.15lakh & swallowed, sanctioned advance payment of Rs.25lakh, swallowed bills of Rs.8crore of other heads etc., etc., after all these frauds, while file is pending with PS KK Singh for charge sheet, but no one is taking action against him because of only he paid each & everyone from EnC Agrwal, Secretary Vivek Agrawal & PS Singh, & Min. Nagendra Singh. All are corrupts so all these dirty vultures are also sheltering corrupts.
