In West Zone, on political background, CE Dubey changed within 2 month, and in place of him CE Kala posted. He is having highly torturing nature, generally used very rough & irritating language. He torches his all 4 SE, 10executive engineers, & others for only showing his power. He generally calls them after 5pm and asked to sit with him upto 7pm. Most of his sub ordinate staff of 3SE & 3EE whom are locally posted, suffering by mental torture, due to his behavior.
