Commissioner MP Com Tax Shailendra Singh is not interested to work as Commissioner, he is releasing & passing circulars & bills for taxation, such as he asked to pay 13% tax on cell phone mobile recharge vouchers, he charged 13% tax on coconut, when merchants moved against it, again he reduced @4%. On 28.07.11, Comm. Singh was holding a meeting with 9Addl. Comm., & 5HO DC, DC AK Shukla reached to Comm. With sweet packet on getting promotion, just Indian Abusing Service Officer S. Singh abused to all of them & told all of you are corrupt, nikkamme, characterless etc., such as all these are home servants of this dirty bustard S. Singh. These all dirty, corrupt, IAS officers whom are torturing total country on each of the step treating themselves as God, abusing all, snatching money from all corners, now he issued orders of 98% self assessment in payment of Commercial tax, it is reflecting 70% tax loss from non corporate taxation.
Of course, that Abusing Services officer S Singh dirty bustards is dancing on tune of Central Govt. for GST, so he is relaxing to merchants for filing E-tax return on self assessment basis, while 99.9% traders, merchants are cheating to Comm. Tax. Department, no one is filing true return, 2nd coincide, merchants & traders are collecting taxes from public as per decided by state Govt. but not depositing that tax to department, it is big loss due to that dirty one commissioner S Singh.
