This act is totally meant for huge commission from multinationals & sharing their profitability, that will cause at least 5crore will be unemployed & their 20crore dependants will be hand to mouth within 2-3 year. Capitalism is the biggest cause of extortion & inequality, poor will be more poor, richer will be more richer. When poor will be hungry, they will forward for crime for food.
In this act, there is no provision for imprisonment for adulteration, if that food causes death of thousands of persons there is only punishment of up to Rs.5lakh, it is only safety of multinationals, for their adulteration, 2nd coincide all small scale & medium units, shops, tea, coffee stalls which is more than 5crores in India will be closed, all these will try to operate their business, ADM, SDM will fine on them minimum of Rs.25000/- no one small units can bear this fine of Rs.25000/- so at last they will close their units, it will be benefit for multinationals. It is against fundamental rights given in Article 19 in Indian Constitution & Monopolistic Trade & Practices Act 1971. Min. of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India abolished Indian Food Adulteration Act1954 only for benefiting & saving interests of multinationals. These dirty vultures of multinationals will buy direct food stuffs from farms, than they will pack and sell on their high prices with high adulteration, but corrupt bureaucracy will save them because of their monthly commission. In this trade, richer will be more richer & poor will be more poor. At last bloody revolution will take place in the country.
