In Reproductive & Child Health mission which is using at least fund of Rs1500crore, but since last 5year there is no required progress, while MP state is leading in child mortality rate in India, it is @40death in each 1000 birth of children in the state, of course most of fund is absorbing & swallowed by their contract basis staff workers from ANM, ASHA workers, to doctors, accountant, dist. Mission officers, in all 50dist. of MP. Only all these dirty corrupt temporary staff is working & showing figures on papers. RCH mission Director Manohar Agnani who is highly lustrous shifted all male dist. Program Mission officers from their post, & posted beautiful, ready to use, females for his taste. Of course, some male officers filed writ petition in MP High Court for gender bias in posting of females. Our team asked RCH dist. Program Mission officer Pervinder Kour Bagga of Dewas, how she posted on DPM post, while she is not having required qualification of MBA. She replied in very rough manner, Govt. of India appointed us, go & ask with Govt. of India, why they posted me. She is not only highly corrupt, got the post of DPM, asking for bribe for each work, even in extending time, sanctioning salaries of all ANM, Asha Workers, purchasing most of the goods such as drugs, medicines, passing fake & forged bills, getting high commission in each payments, of course, pleasing Dr. Manohar Agnani in each trip of Bhopal, so she is enjoying all types of frauds, cheating with public funds. It is the same story of all 50 dist. Of MP state. All these dirty vultures are doing only paper work, on papers, no ground progress at all.
