On national level, scam of mining is more than Rs.10lakh crore pa. Most of ministers of all state & central govt. around the nation are involved in mining scams, all these dirty corrupt are not paying govt. duty of mining of costlier minerals to sand from river beds & banks to all small to big round the year water flowing rivers. Only in MP state more than Rs.10000crore scams in mining of precious minerals to sand royalty, many ministers & MLA of both parties are illegally mining sands to mica from earth & not paying proper royalty to Govt. departments, even BOT contractors around the nation are not paying royalty of stones, kachchi muram, gitti, while at time of sanctioning estimates, it is included in the cost of construction of roads, but without getting payments of royalty concerning state Govt. most of state agencies & National Highway Authority of India is issuing completion certificate for collection of toll. In state of MP there is more than 60 toll booths, and more than 40 contractors taken BOT roads, but no one contractor paid proper royalty, but MP RDC issued completion certificate for collection of toll after big amount of royalty, this is scam of Rs.5000crore since 2005, CM, PWD ministers, MP RDC MD, Secretary, Principal Secretary all are getting shares of this royalty, so no one dirty corrupt is taking any question even all opposition leaders are not asking any question in assembly session, because of shares. While in India, there is uranium thorium, gold, diamonds, coal to sand for construction is mining by mining mafia illegally no one is paying proper royalty from TATA, Birla, Hindalco, & millions of others to small mining traffickers. It is not question of only BS Yediruppa CM of Karnataka, it is story of all states in India.
