Highly cunning, shrewd, fraudulent EE Rane produced his forged birth certificate of Nov. 69, he passed his 12 in 1985, but joined as SDO in 1991 in PWD, he refused to provide his cast & domicile certificate, fraudulently issued promotion letter without DPC, he joined as EE, since that time he did hundreds of frauds as EE in Dewas Dn., than in Dhar Dn., than he played frauds in dn. 2 of Indore, at once one Lokaukta enquiry was also organized in Ambedkar Building of Mhow, now he is playing frauds in Dn.1, he made several many payments on compensation of DW employees, in 10-11, he was also paying salaries of Work charge employees without work, he is paying to mnay contractors without checking quality of work according to required standard, many complaints are pending of all 3 divisions i.e., Dewas, Dhar, Indore dn.2 but again he posted as EE in Dn.1 of Indore, of course he is sheltered by ex-chief NS Tomar of BJP
