Since 23May, Indore police made more than 10000 challans of bikers & 2wheelers’ drivers who were not having helmets on their heads, while 2nd coincide, most of cross roads squares are without control & arrangements of traffic police, at least most of cross roads squares requires at least minimum 5 to 8 policemen for controlling traffic while at least 200 cross roads squares requires more than 2000 traffic constable with 200 sub inspectors, but Indore police is not having sufficient traffic constables & sub inspectors. Duties of traffic police is to control traffic & make it smooth for public, but in place of it most of time they were involve in collecting funds from vehicle owners. While question is arising with halemates, it is most useful & supporting for most of gundogs & criminals, they easily did the crime, and saved themselves in halemates, no one can see their face, the same is happened & happing in Delhi & Patna. Hal mates packs heads with ears too, so bikers can not hear sound of vehicles which are coming from back side, that causes accidents too. It is also big cause of back pain, creates enough trouble to patient of spendulitis.
