E n C Shukla again trying to get extension after paying Rs.10crore : highly corrupt, mech. Engineer got illegal posting of Engineer in Chief of MP PWD, while that post is only civil engineers, after retirement on 31.05.10, he paid Rs.5crore, and got 1year extension, of course for this he planned conspiracy for not to promote panels of EE to SE, SE to CE & CE to EnC for last 3years. Last year on time his retirement no one fully promoted & confirm CE was in MP PWD in entire state, at last govt. given conditional extension, after promotion he will have to leave this post. So he spent money and postponed all departmental promotion committee meetings for his safety. Again this time he is trying to pull his charge for further extension. CM, CS, Min. of PWD, PS & Sec. are ready to give him further extension for money. these facts are from PWD Bhopal office. Of course, CE on post, waiting for charge of CE & all other engineers are not agree with view of thier superiors etc.,
