In India there are so many laws against corrupt bureaucrats, ministers, capitalists, industrialists & others, even in Constitution of India, there is law of equality, but no one political party is interested to apply it for Indian public. Total Govt. since freedom and framing of Constitution divided Indian public on cast issue for only vote bank, SC & ST are getting preferential rights on each of the step, in all Govt. sectors & Govt. departments, even Indian PM MM Singh told for getting Muslim votes, Muslims are having preferential rights on states natural & all other resources, it is only a sample.
Central govt. issued & applied Right of Information act in Oct.05, but since that time no one Central or all states Govt. departments, loaded their departmental details of & under sec4, even all Chief Information Commissioners of CIC & all states Govt. are unable to appoint sufficient Information Commissioners on State Capital level, & all states on divisional level. 2nd coincide, Central Govt. & all states Govt. appointed highly corrupt, greedy types of retd. IAS, IPS officers as Information Commissioners on condition, to save all Govt. officers. That’s why no one information commissioner is fining penalty & compensation to Govt. officers as respondents in non supply of information to applicants. While it is totally meant for transparency in all Govt. departments, but total Govt. made it as joke, no one govt. department want to give any type information.
The same with Lokayukta Act, Economic Offences Bureau, of all states Govt. Central Bureau of Investigation, Central Vigilance Commission etc., all these Govt. operated departments are also dancing on tune of and saving all Govt. bureaucrats, ministers, employees who is paying sufficient to these investigation agencies, randomly cases files these agencies in court of law, in each year, and randoms are getting punishments. Always govt. ministers, bureaucrats, appoints officers of their choice who favors them, directly or indirectly in all these agencies, even in Supreme Court & all High Courts of all states, Central Govt. & all states Govt. appoints Judges without adhering to norms of selection, transprency in selection of their choice who silently favors appointing authority and govt.
Law is not more important, important is how law honestly enforced and utilize by their executing & working officers, 2nd coincide, Supreme Court given so many directives, such as revoke of sec198(2), for filing any complaint case of misconduct against any govt. officers, ministers etc., without govt. permission, but no one Govt. follows & amended this provision, for filing of any case directly against any officer, ministers in case of corruption or any other misconduct.
