Total petroleum ministry, S. Jaipal Reddy, PS, Sec. their all officers, employees, to all oil & gas dist. Cos., their dist. to even all gas & oil pumps such as IOC Ltd., BPCL, HPCL, ONGC, Reliance etc., all are highly cheaters & corrupt, these dirty corrupt charging cast of petrol Rs.65/- per liter for 65 octane petrol, but most of petrol pumps are using black rubber pipe, for selling kerosene, solvent, neptha, mixed petrol up to 60 to 95%, 2nd coincide they are giving 10% to 50% less petrol, diesel, CNG, LPG gas, yet LPG & CNG gas is measuring & selling by liter, around the total MP state with ordinary gas mixed collecting from open environment. While all gas pumps are giving only 500 to 600 CC gas & casting full charges with customers. All oil Cos., to Petroleum Min. all are aware with this open dacoits & loot with public.
Reliance Petroleum Jamnagar refinery is producing 12.6 barrels per day solvent, neptha, HSD, & other low category products casting Rs.12 to 20 per liter for mixing in petrol.
These dirty bustards oil cos. Managers to pump owners are using rubber pipe while rubber is easily soluble in petrol, 2nd coincide for cheating with public they do not want to use transparent 6”glass or hard polythene pipes, near handle to display quality & quantity of petrol, diesel or gas. If all these oil & gas cos. Will use such types of transparent hard polythene or glass pipes public easily can check its quality & quantity.
IT is at least cheating of Rs.500crore per day with public, from 1 lakh petrol, diesel & gas pumps around the country. There is control of state Min. of Food & Civil Supplies, their all food & civil supplies officers to inspectors, their one part Weight & Measurement departmental officers & inspectors are getting Rs.5to10,000 & more, monthly bribe for this mixing & cheating with public, so no one is taking serious action on this cheating, so petrol is casting more than Rs.100/- per liter. It is happening since 1970, but yet not State & Central Govt. taken very serious actions against all of them, because of all are getting their shares in this cheating.
