Today is 15 March, govt. officers celebrate it as World Consumer Day. In Indore, for celebration & creating consumer awareness, total program organizes by Food Controller, of MP Food & Civil Supplies, with cooperation & guidance of Dist. Collector & Municipal Commissioner, with all govt. departments whom are providing or & controlling services to public of their jurisdiction. In place of all these, Food Controller Harendra Singh organizes this program, only for formalities, while Dist collector Raghvendra Singh, Indore Municipal Commissioner, Mayor KM Moghe were not there even at the time of opening of this celebration, & no one officer & employee was there of IMC, while Municipal corporation is responsible for all their services, such as pure drinking water supply, city cleanliness, sewerage, pure food, street lights, roads, etc.,
While MP Food & Drug Adulteration department, cunning & shrewd senior drug inspectors Shobit & Trivedi were not only absent, but also sent most junior most Inspector Thakur, the same did by Food, sent a junior food inspector Amit Verma, same is repeated by MP Weight & Measurement Department, most of senior W&M inspectors were not there. While we asked to DFC Harendra Singh, he told, one judge, who opened his own NGO on name of Consumer Forum, at Hotel Amar Vilas Palace, all these dirty corrupt are attending that meeting to save their skin from public meeting & facing camera of news channels & replying journalists.
It is the same in all dist. of MP state, in India & around the corner of the world.
