State Fin. Min. produces budget of 11-12, it is only magic of data of numbers. Of course, it is totally govt. employees oriented budget, in this he provided 10% DA, plus 2nd installment of 6th pay commission, for pleasing them, because of actually they are operating & executing govt. business. While he provided Rs.5075crores for farmers & agriculture, most of fund of this head will be swallowed by CM, CS, PS, Sec, Director, DDAs’ ADA & other staff members of this department. He also imposed taxes of Rs.206cr.. Total Expenditure65845.63cr. Fake Fig: He also provided Rs.5169cr. for energy, while it will also be swallowed by total IAS, total state electric board is converted into 5 cos., IAS are MDs’ of all these cos. buying costly electric from private firms for commission, electric supply subsidy Rs.1455cr., while farmers are arresting for non payments, and not getting 6hours electric per day in all seasons. Provision for roads Rs.3051cr. is also totally fake, because of most of roads are under BOT of MP RDC & NHAI. For WRD Rs.3605cr., most of funds will swallowed by WRD engineers, Rs.614cr. for drinking water, most of funds will swallowed by corrupt engineers.
