PDPL Indore product IV fluids caused 14 deaths of pregnant women in govt. Ummed hospital Jodhpur of Rajsthan, due to substandard manufacturing. Rajsthan Govt. asked the same with MP Food & Drug Controller Bhopal for taking its samples, MP D & F Controller Dr. Mnohar Agnani asked the same with Senior Drug Insp. Shobit Koshta, Garg, Ajay Thakur, Ashok Goel, but all these 4 are bargaining for money to save PDPL directors & doing formalities, Ajay taken samples on 25.02.11, Ashok taken samples on 26.02.11 of standard material with different batch nos. , 2nd coincide PDPL provided black tabera Car no. MP09 MA 05, provided reservation in Train to sampler Sudhakar for test in Central Drug Taste Laboratory in Kolkatta, Sudhakar is not only corrupt but also very greedy too. It is possible Sudhakar can change all samples of these IV ringer lactose samples in transition. While question arises with inspection & check for such types enquiries, it requires sampling in front of 2 interdependent public witness, with expert doctors & 1 engineering pharmacist, whom can make the reports with micro analysis, but there were no such types experts, samples taken by team of drug inspectors whom are highly corrupt, and got money of Rs.50lakh for saving to all directors, chemists of PDPL Nemawar Road Indore
PDPL directors & management are highly corrupt & fraudulent, they are not having well qualified chemists, sterility chemists, local machines, with very poor standard, most of workers are illiterate from Bihar & local villagers, paying them only Rs3000 to 4000/- pm or Rs.100/- to 120/- pd, of course each & everything is according to standard on papers, producing 50000 bottles per day around the year, without stopping any plant & machinery for maintenance & proper cleanliness, that plant is not having proper sterility facility with required pressure of 20kg\per sq. inch & temperature of 130 degree centigrade, there is no taste of 7days for sterility & 5days for taste of fungus, after all these lacunas all these highly corrupt drug inspectors, for making bacteria & fungus free, but local drug inspectors are passing all batches for money, yet not suspending & terminating their license because of only money, PDPL is producing several types of medicines, drugs, fluids such as IV, dextrose, ringer lactose, glucose etc., with very low standard manufacturing facilities, local machines & untrained & nonqualified workers etc.,. The same also repeated in year of 1991, but there was no serious action, on that time all drug inspectors taken money & saved Prem Pharmaceuticals, Palda Indore, most of directors of this Prem Pharma are having their director ship in PDPL, all these are operating that PDPL. While corrupt Sr. Drug Inspector Trivedi & jt. Controller Dinesh Shrivastava are also ready to save to PDPL against money, in long term it may also possible,
We informed to Controller Dr. Manohar Agnani for the same by SMS, he promised us for fair action.
O course, all drug inspectors are not only corrupt, but also very fraudulent, against money these dirty corrupts are ignoring basic rules & regulations, blindly releasing licenses to drug vendors, manufacturers, blood banks, pathological laboratories.
