Highly corrupt Surface transport X-minister Kamalnath swallowed at least Rs.5to7crore per km of 70000km of national highways of India & pledged to all BOT contractors. He pledged all these roads of Rs.11to 15. 5crore per km while at present that casting is not more than Rs.2to3crore Rs. per km. for existing 4 lane into 6 lane it is maximum. In case of Mehrouli--Gurgaon Road 7 km Delhi Metro Rail Corp. made this 6lane road @ cast of Rs.8. 2crore, on 19Feb.10, NHAI taken this road, and passed tender at cast of Rs.109crore means @15. 5crore per km, while that road was completed. That shown actual figure of fraud. It is the same around the country.
