Devil Diggi, Ex-CM of MP state who is highly corrupt, cunning, shrewd white collar criminal, lustrous, swallowed more than Rs.720crore of Kargil Donation Fund in 1999, Rs.70crore of 2days compulsory salary deduction of State employees & officers, including 15000daily wages employee, he had given targets to all departments for collection of Kargil donation, Rs.50crore from Transport min., Rs50crore school education, collected from all school of 30lakhs children & from their parents, Rs.25crore from higher education, Rs.30crore from Commercial Tax\sales tax, Rs.30crore from MP Excise, Rs.20crore from Industry deptt. Rs.30crore from MP Police, Rs.20crore from PWD, Rs.20crore from MPWRD, Rs.20crore from MPPHE, Rs.5crore from MPPCB, Rs.20crore from Agriculture, Rs.5crore from Horticulture, Rs.10crore from MP Coop., Rs.50crore from Forest Deptt. Rs.50crore from Urban Min. etc., & at last he collected Rs.650crore & swallowed total funds from all corners. It is a sample of his corruption, while he asked to chopped forest trees from 1994 to 2003, he cleaned forest of CG, because of it was going to separated from MP, in this period 300crore trees chopped by his contractors & earned at least Rs.3000crore pm., and supplied Rs.2000crore to Congress head for survival in India, he was only CM who financially supported to Congress. He did big frauds in all departments of funds of planned & non planned head. he swallowed 25% to 50% funds from all.He is highly habitual of giving highly controversial statements for diverting attention from real problems, he is fond of abusing Hindu Organisation such as RSS, VHP, Shivsena, Bajrangdal etc., for saving thier Muslims terrorist groups in India, for Muslims votes only.
