Er. GS Damor at present holding 2posts at once, he is a CE in west Zone Indore, & Consultant of EnC in State Govt.s’ important department Public Health Engineering, which is having budget of Rs.7000crore pa, responsible for drinking water of public in state. He who is not only highly corrupt but also highly criminal, he did 5 murders, he murdered his wife & spent money declared suicide, 1 by jeep in dist. Dhar, declared accident, 2 in Jhabua, 1 of Darbar at village Umarkot with his brother spent money, shown he was working in Ujjain in 1995-96, signed paper & cheques in old date, and produced fake proofs in Court and saved, his present wife Suraj Damor, on that time she was SDM in Kukshi, she also produced false report in this case, for saving him.
He did a lots of fraud from he was SDO in Kukhsi, as EE in Ujjain & other places, SE in Indore Circle, he issued indents of more than Rs.300crore within 3years in 6divisional offices of 6 dist. for collecting commission, colleted commission of Rs. 50crore, he asked to pay excess excise duty on pipes of Rs.3.89crore, that enquiry is also pending with department, while many enquiries with Ombudsman or Lokayukta Bhopal, when he joined as CE, issued indents of more than Rs.1000crore within 3years for more than 20divisional offices of 14dist. and collected commission of more than Rs100crore, his wife Suraj Damor she also collected more than Rs. 200crore, having 1 petrol pump, big market in Jhabua, high investment in agriculture land in Jhabua Dist.
Of course, he also distributed money, wine & women to all our superior officers, secretaries, principal secretaries, ministers, MLA & MP since he joined service, having good relations with higher corrupt officers, ministers, MLA &MPs etc., at present he is collecting money from all executive engineers, SEs for treatment of minister Bisen’s relative, even he spent money of transplantation of kidney & cancer kept them PHE rest house and spending money for them etc., so PHE min. Bisen, PS RK Swai want to appoint him as EnC of this important department. While that dirty corrupt & deadly criminal unable to respond RTI Applications of Ajmera SP Kumar. At once, he also threatened ASP Kumar for his murder through third one, for publications of his past history. CM, CS, PS, Secretary of MPPHE are also well aware with these facts, on 30-09-10, EnC S Saxsena retired without giving charge to him, because of there is no order to handover charge to that dirty criminal & corrupt fellow.
