X EE Ajay Dayma now SE on fake ST cast certificate, working in CE MPPHE Indore, many complaints are pending in ministry of PHE, but highly corrupt from min. GS Bisen, PS RK Swai, Sec. Srivastva after this complaint of fake cast certificate & so many corruption reports, given him promotion, since last 10 year, who is having his plastic pipe factory, made big corruptions in purchasing of material & repairing of drilling machines, that fraud is more than Rs.50 crore, since 03 to 08, we are having bills of purchase of material of pipes from his own factory, from others, he paid approx. Rs4to5crore to spare parts suppliers for repairing of drilling machines, while most of bills are totally fake or forged without calling any tenders, bought from only one party, while there is clear law, tenders will released in any newspaper for purchase of material of more than Rs25000/- & contract work construction of more than Rs.2lakh, but that corrupt did not followed this rule of MP govt. and blindly purchased material of crores of Rs. each year & build a factory, but yet not any enquiry on that corrupt fellow. He also made crores of Rs. fraud in hand receipts. Of course he also paid money to Min., PS, Sec., EnC for getting promotion, while each & every officer was well aware his cast certificate is totally forged. His 1 relative NR Batham ran away when SC & ST Cast Taste committee asked the same with NR BAtham. He is also under backward class, but got that certificate from Sehore, passed his engineering degree & got service in MP PHE. While in this case there is so many compalints, but he got promotion.
