Congress Gangsters of Govt. of India, ministry of defense signed agreement of buying of useless scrap of submarines of Rs50000crore from Russia, for Indian Navy only for commission of Rs30000crore. It is a big pet business of only commission, on name of defense requirement, most of ruling political parties of Central Govt., have been buying time barred, obsoletes fighter aircrafts, even scrap of marines, submarines, aircraft carriers etc., only for 50 to 70% commission. While Naval experts refuses to accept these timebarred, obsoleted and purly scrap of Russian NAvy.
