Assistant Director Shakya corrupt, drinker of MP Horticulture & forestry swallowed 70% funds of National Horticulture Mission, 80% herbal mission, 20% Drip irrigation, 60% micro, 60% garlic, potato, Dhaniya, 40% subsidy of ponds, Balram talab, Khet ka pani Khet me, etc., while in management of state nurseries of Dewas Dist., such as Dewas Nursery, Harnawada, Khajuria Kalan, Chandra Kesar Nursery, Bedamau, Malhar, He is swallowing 50% of labour, most of labour is fake, paying them Rs2000/- pm instead of Rs,3400/-, also deducting Sunday & govt. all holidays etc., While most of funds of seeds, fertilizers, soil, packets, & other material, HC Tomar & others are producing fake vouchers of 80to90% & swallowing total funds. Now these are also having powers of giving licenses to seeds of herbals, measles, vegetables, fruits, etc., and asking Rs.10000/- for each renewal, & Rs20000/- for each new licenses. AD Shakya is highly habitual of liquors, even he attends his duty in drunken state.
