Dewas RES was looking after MNREGS, Dist. Panchayat work of allotment of Rs45crore for year of 2009-10, in this year total allotment of Rs.155crore, including Rs.118crore of MNREGS, Rs.4crore, of MM RRD, Rs.14crore for Gram Panchayat Bldgs. school building, hostel buildings, of many villages of this dist. 36% job cards are totally false, on which these dirty corrupt all sub engineers of this dist. are paying wages from MNREGS, average 26% of material cost of 40% material, all these dirty corrupt are swallowing total funds, it is in crores of Rs. of course, from wages, Sarpanch, ZP, Janpad CEO, Zila & Janpad chairman, members, all are getting shares, while material cost is totally swallowing by RES engineers from sub, assistant & executive, while quality of work is not only poor but also not reliable for a long period, not following proper rules & manuals of construction of road, stop dams, ponds, buildings etc.,
ZP Dewas CEO Chouhan is not only highly corrupt, but also collecting bribe at source before allotment to not only EE RES, but also to all CEO Janpad, in all types of projects, schemes, rural welfare activities, such as MDM, DPIP, Indira & MM Aawas, Yojna, Rajeev Gandhi Shiksha Mission, rural development, Pension to unable, olds, widows, Rajeev Gandhi Jal Grahan Mission, & many others. CEO ZP Office is maintaining 32 types of cash books for different types of schemes, projects, work, etc., In all construction work of Collector, ZP of Dewas, RES is only agency to look after all.
