Newly appointed Indore Collector Raghvendra Singh, who was MD of MP Paschim Khhetra Vidhyut Vitran Co. Ltd. Indore, did a lots of frauds in that co., collected more than Rs.1000crore, he had allotted a contract of Rs.325crore for maintenance of electric stations, transformers, electric poles, wiring etc., but that fraud co. did nothing but he paid Rs325crore, and enjoyed commission, in this case 5 top officers who were involved in this scam, asked to get Voluntary Retirement from Services. More than Rs.500crore in purchasing of material, more than Rs.300crore in illegal selling of electric and reduction of electric billing etc.,
