Narmada 3rd face water supply project for Indore city was funded by Asian Development Bank, with loan of Rs.1200crore. While at least 30% fund is swallowed by Project Implementation Unit & their gang, in which Er. Prabhat Sankhala GM, Dharmendra Verma, Monika Mandloi, Ratnawat, Singh, etc., with Inodre Municipal Corp., Commissioner, Dy. Comm., Indore Ex mayor Uma Shashi Sharma, etc., got their shares. In this project most of work is not according to Indian standard, & PHE Manuals, 2ndly, most of work is given on 25% to 40% higher rates with CSR of MP PHE, & DGCS of Govt. of India, blindly paid escalation & rate difference for Commission.
