Presently CE KC Prajapati who is holding post of EnC, got promotion on forged cast certificate, while who joined as SDO or assistant engineer with him in 1979, since that time hundreds of SDO or AEs’ are still working as assitt. Engineer after posting of more than 30years, but yet not any chance of their promotion.
That Prjapati, who is torturing most of AEs’, EE, SE, CE only for money. Asking with his subordinate staff to work illegally & serve him big bribe for funds allotment for execution work of irrigation in the state. He joined in 1979 as AE, on that time he was simply under backward class category, and produced his native as Itarasi, a tahseal of Hoshangabad dist. Both these facts are noted also in his service book, on that time and after getting forged certificate, he changed by his own hands & converted it into SC. It is clearly appearing in service book, but no one corrupt CM SRS Chouhan, CS Awni Vaishya, PS RS Julwania, Min. Jayant Mallyya, Sec., is able to take any action because of each & every one is getting big bribes from him. Ex PS Arvind Joshi, who caught red handed with Rs3.5crore cash, Rs.500crore other money transactions of investment. That was only a sample of corruption in the country of this department from Central Govt. to all stete govt.
That dirty, corrupt, bustard fraudulently got this certificate from Chhatarpur dist where Prajapati comes under SC category, while Prjapati (earth pots processors) comes under backward class category in Hoshngabad dist.
