In Indore, in this department, most of inspectors, passed more than 10 to 15 year, Dy controller Chouhan passed more than 5year, here is 9 inspectors, in which W&M Ins. Ajeet Shrivastava, Patankar, and many other more than 10-15years. All these corrupt inspectors, allotted their area for widely collecting their monthly bribes, from all petrol pumps, all big shops, which are using balances, scales, etc., of course at least 1lakh shops are using balances, control shops, sweets, namkeen, kirana, vegetables, & other packaged material are widely using packing material in weights illegally because of they are paying monthly bribes to these W&M inspectors, so all these are least bothers for these inspectors, vegetables, fruits, milk, gas distributors, kirana merchants are widely selling less materials, and purchasing over weights materials from farmers in mandi, while in all 253 mandies of state are restricted to use electronic balance, but most of agriculture product merchants are keeping these electronic balances in side for showing widely using old mechanical balances with old measurements, stones for measuring food, oil, spices, pulses, grains in mandi using yearly non certified balances, weights, old balances, stone measurements etc., vendors of gold, silver ornaments, jewelers etc., selling sub standard, less weights with cheaper stones, gems etc., while costing according to standard & rates. All inspectors are holding more than property of Rs.5to10crore.
All vehicle gas pumps are selling their LPG, CNG etc., by liter which is totally illegal. According to standard it is required to sell in measurement of Kg., both these gases cannot measure in liter, volume of gas is depending on temperature, if temperature is high, gas volume will also high, and can easily mix with atmospheric gas in fuel gas volume, while in not only in Indore but in total MP state, total gas pumps are selling it by liter, while it is only 600to 700 grams per liter, while all pumps are charging rate according to per kilogram.
Of course, total W&M department is also collecting bribes Rs.10000/- and not taking any action. It is hard facts of total state
