MP Food & Civil Supplies Indore Divisional controller Parmar dacoit who has passed more than 4year in Indore, asking & collecting Rs.10000/- pm from 130 petrol, diesel, gas pumps and leaving them free for mixing solvent, kerosene of free sale, from Reliance Guj., and colored kerosene for poor. Rs.10000/- from 40gas distributors of domestic & commercial supplies and leaving them free for black marketing, at least 1lakh cylinders are selling in black pm i.e., Rs350/- domestic cylinder is openly available in Rs.500/ to Rs600/-, most of dealers providing lesser than 14.5 kg gas up to only 10 to 11liter, Rs.5000pm from 450fair price shops for BPL & APL families, most of sugar, wheat & rice is available in open market of this govt. supply. He is asking & collecting Rs1/- per liter on kerosene of 20kl, after collection of Rs50lakh pm from this supply since last 06, he did fraud of Rs20lakh with fair price shop owners, that corrupt vulture collected advance money from Ration shops owners\ managers for supply of wheat, sugar, rice etc., and swallowed, but yet not supply any wheat, rice, sugar up to 2 month, when these owners asked him, he clearly refused and asked to deposit this money again, but Ex collector Rakesh Srivastava could not taken any action, present collector is also mum. Of course State Min. of Food & Civil Supplies Paras Jain of Ujjain is also getting its share so he is also keeping mum, while there is so hundreds of complaints against him but no action taken by Dist. Collector & commissioner of Indore. He collected money from so many sugar dealers lakhs of Rs. when sugar was under control before 3 months. This is the department which is controlling public distribution system highly corrupt torturing to top to bottom all types of communities from big cities to all remote small villages
