More than 5000 mines of coal, stones, iron, copper, aluminum & metals, mica, diamond, marvel, lime, & hundreds types of other minerals. On most of major rivers banks thousands of contractors are collecting sand & selling it to building material suppliers contractors, others but no one is paying proper royalty. Of course mines inspectors, officers, dist. collectors are widely collecting bribes & keeping mum. State mineral department is collecting only 10% royalty from all types of mines of all types of minerals, rough & hard stone, sand etc., of course in this scandal all from corrupt CM SRS Chouhan Min of Mines Rajendra Shukla Secretary, Director of Mines Department RK Sharma to all dist. Collector, dist. mines officers to inspectors are responsible for collecting heavy bribe, it is the true story of all 50 dist. of MP. Total mineral royalty may be around Rs10000crore, but these are not getting more than Rs.1000crore, but there is no accountability of this fund. Highly corrupt mine min. Rajendra Shukla, Dir. RK Sharma and all others are collecting more than Rs. 3000 to 5000crores & distributing it. Even MP state govt. its CM, min. CS, PS, Sec., directors, all dist. Collectors, all divisional Forest Officers Regular of MP Forest Department & other related officers are not only supporting to mines mafia, contractors of all works department but also given blind legal support in MP HC. After publishing in our SAMAY MAYA newspaper, MP Govt. accepted Rs1200crore royalty due on different departments, now MP govt. is planning for 3 times penalty on non & improper payment on time, but all these corrupts are keeping mum on payments of BOT contractors, because of all these corrupt got & swallowed the share from BOT contractors. Big Cos. & their factories such as ACC, Diamond, JP, Birla, Modi, & other Cement factories, Western Coal Field, Eastern Coal Field & hundreds of others around the state are snatching minerals from several years yet not paying proper royalty due to only big bribes & corruption. When we filed an application under RTI for getting information Dir. RK Sharma transferred this application to all dist offices but 2 replied it, while 48 kept mum, no one properly replied it. While question arises with CIC, MP SIC Bhopal these hungry dogs will also collect money & leave them free, it is past of MP SIC.
It is the same story of all states & around the country, total loss to all state governments of India may be up to Rs.5lakh crore pa. Media shown its hard facts & views in case of Jharkhand state.
While MP, CG, Jharkhand, Bihar, W Bengal, RAjsthan, etc. are highly mineral rich states.
