Total Seeds Certification Agency is gang of big un & under qualified officers, scientists etc., That’s why these dirty bustards are unable to give reply of RTI application. In this application , we asked to give details of qualification of all officers from MD to all seeds certifying officers, but these dirty corrupts neither replied my application, when I filed an appeal, MD KP Jatav fraudulent rejected it, due to only pure fraudulent gang of total department. This agency is working under MP Seed Certifiction Act1966, but no one is able to follow its rules & regulation, 2ndly total department is runned by totally fraudulent HSc. passed officers, most of fraudulent degree of BSc Ag. no one is MSc. or Phd in agronomy. 3rdly that agency is not having sufficient staff, vehicles, proper labs, tagging system is totally fraud and source of bribes, all seeds producing agencies, coop. societies are also not having proper manpower, BSc ag. qualified staff, equipments etc., Eagle Seeds of Indore, is big fraud purchasing agri. produce from market processing it & packing it and selling it in market. there is thousands of frauds by which these are cheating total farmers & collecting big funds from them on name of certified seed. Corrupt Prajapati is unable to respond calls from our office.
