We studied documents of Ujjain & Indore dns., in which we got bills of 25% to 50% of repairing of drilling machines, hand receipts50% to 100%, 8 to 12% of purchasing of pipes of bore wells, hand pumps, spare parts of machines, purchase bills 25% to 50% extra of oil & diesel for drilling machines, petrol bills for official vehicles, 20to40% in construction work of platforms of hand pumps, and in many cases of hand receipts up to 100% false & fake vouchers, it is totaling of swallowing of allotted funds of Rs2 to 5crore p.a. around the state. Highly corrupt present CE KC Jain dirty master of corruption of engineering refused to provide information under RTI, because of there are a lots of frauds. While Rewa dn. is passing & paying 50 to 80% fake bills of repairing, purchase of pipes, diesel, oil, construction etc., When we asked to EE Malviya of Ujjain Dn. he replied
