Panchayats are getting different types of funds under different schemes, projects for rural development, saving & development of life of villagers. Most of funds swallowed by Panchayats secretary to CEO of Janpad, & dist. Panchayats, whom are state govt. officers & employees. In which particularly Mid Day Meal for school going children, Indira Aawas Yojna, Draught Prone Area Project, Sarvshikhsa Abhiyan, women & Child Development Programs, in this pregnant women development, under age child development program, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee, Swarn Jyanti Rojgar Program, Rs.5lakh pm to all Panchayats for instance needs, distribution of 5quitnal wheat pm for villagers without any question to any family of that village, Social Pension Scheme, Disable Persons Pension but most of work completing on papers. We have studied papers collected through RTI05, of Dewas Jila Panchayats. There was a CEO Bhonsle who did a lots of frauds on each of the step, that dirty corrupt allotted funds after getting 25% to 40% commission, at least in 5 year he swallowed more than Rs50crore in different projects, schemes etc., that’s why these dirty bustards teases Mr. Ajmera for supply of information under RTI, while their staff officers Paul, & many others also got major shares in all these projects.
