Most of Zila PAnchayat Chief Executive Officers are highly corrupt, swallowing 50% of Indira Aawas Yojna, Mukhyamantri Aawas Yojna, Draught Prone Area Programme, Mid Day Meal, Pension of disables & widows, MG National Rural Employment Gurantee etc., and sveral others rural development programmes.
