In this department, most of drug inspectors of Indore who are working from last more than 5 to 20 years, in which DI Trivedi, DI D Jain, DI Brindani, DI Chowdhary, DI Garg, DI Parihar etc., one DI Shobhit kosta who is most junior, working as Senior drug Inspector in Indore & Bhopal HO., All Drug Inspectors are blindly issuing Drug Licenses on cost of Rs.35000/- while actual fee is only Rs.3000/-, most of drug shops are not having pharmacists, not having space according to law, even not having freezers for schedule M drugs, selling medicines, toxic drugs without medical prescription, time barred, etc., but all drug inspectors are widely collecting bribes. Even Controller Rakesh Shrivastava who is not having pharmacist qualification widely collecting funds from all drug inspectors leaving them free for collecting funds. While under Drug & Cosmetics Act 1940, it requires at least academic qualification of B.or M. Pharma., but he is simply graduate of other subject. That dirty bustard Controller is only meant for collecting funds. All senior drug inspectors are guiding controller, so he is sheltering all corrupt fraudulent big drug manufacturers such as Ranbaxy, Plethico, Lupin, etc., Highly corrupt & greedy Health Min. Anoop Mishra so called by genda also keen for money, what is happening around the corner in Food & Drug Administration and Health min. he least bother, that dirty want only money. Of course, only 35 drug inspectors are controlling total 50 dist. of MP state, required at least 250 drug inspectors, but state govt. & its Health minister is unable to think over it, he actually is looking of health of his bank a\cs & holding money of more than Rs500crore & more.
