Since Jan10, he issued purchase orders of Rs.200crore, only for commission up to 30%, in motorpumps, 10% in purchase of GI, CI, DI pipes, volves, & thousands of other types of items without any lab taste, most of pipes are failure in taste reports, but he is blindly purchasing without norms and openly asking commission with suppliers. Of course, EnC SK Saxsena, PHE Min. Bisen, PS RK Swai, CM SRS Chouhan are also sharing commission. That’s why each & everyone keeping mum on his all corrupt acts after high criminal record, of course, he spent money in crores of Rs. for getting cleanchit from Police stations to courts of Dhar Jhabua, Lokaayukta is also getting funds, so he is also keeping mum on his charge sheets which is pending in HC Bench Indore, for vacating stay, while HC Judges are also supporting him, this complaint is also sent to President of India & Supreme Court of this dirty game of stay for this criminal for money.
