Govt. of India & its corrupt PM MM Singh passed a bill for compulsory education for all children only for earning, maintaining & managing of big professional colleges of medical, engineering, management, computer, pharmacy, education etc., of big education mafias such as IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, SAS officers, ministers, who invested their black money of billions of Rs. On education on this matter, there is a simple question of what happened in the past with money of thousands of crores, spent on education in past 62 year. Central govt. is charging 2%cess on each drop of petrol & diesel since 1988, which is in billions of Rs. pa. It is only cause of Compulsory Education Bill2010, recently passed in Indian Parliament. SC Critical Judge KG Balkrishnan is giving all education related judgments on this format of course on cast of big money.
