In MP Commercial Tax Department, Govt. of MP is loosing big revenue in thousand of crore Rs. per annum, Most of CTO of this department are allotting many TIN nos. to one business of a businessman on many names, for saving commercial tax, it is a big fraud. Of course, Commissioner knew these facts but there is no action, while it is totally illegal. Shimala Gutka is having 22 TIN nos. there is more than 300 parties whom are having more than 1TIN nos. highly corrupt AC RK Saluja, RK Sharma, DP Sharma, Sunil Mishra, MC Garg, Sinha, HS Thakur, CTO, Preeti Srivastava, Sunita Jain, Micki Agrawal etc., are having such types of more than A\cs of 700 TIN nos. It should be checked, and requires legal action against CTO NN Jha cir. no. 15 of Indore, now promoted as AC, it is same with all AC & CTOs of MP state commercial Tax Deptt. In Indore.
