Highly corrupt CM & their gang of Indian Abusing Service officers promoted secretary MPPWD Aajmagariya Aantki Suleman as Principal Secretary of MPPWD. while that corrupt bustard swallowed more than Rs.1000crore in only mineral royalty, while Suleman earned more than Rs.3000crore in only MP Road Development corp. & in MP Public Works department since2004, he sanctioned BOT project on 200%to 400% higher than SOR\CSR, and given open hand to contrators without completion of roads for looting vehicle owners in most of BOT roads, such as Dewas Bhopal road, most of bridges are yet not completed but BOT contractor is collecting toll tax on this road, on the same road, contractor not paid single Re. as royalty, while there is dues of Rs180crore royalty, it is the same story of all 29BOT roads, and due of royalty is due more than Rs.1500crore, corrupt CM SRS Chouhan got its share, so that dirty is also keeping mum.
