In MP Public works department, most of engineers to clerical staff is not getting promotions after 20 to 30 years of their services, due to only corrupt & dirty mentality of Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary PD Meena and secretary Aajmagariya Aantakwadi Suleman of that departments for swallowing of public funds. At present most of posts of EnC, CE, SE, EE are laying vacant, due to these dirty top snatcher IAS officers, while question arises with Chief Minister, PWD Minister etc., these are only puppets of these corrupt IAS officers, what they desire, CM & ministers have to follow and dance according to tune of Indian Abusing Officers, whom are abusing not only elected public representatives as MP, MLA, to Mayor, councilors or corporators of municipals etc., Since 1988 there is no appointments of engineers, officers, clericals, so there is big shortage of all these engineers, officers to clericals. While at present most of engineers, officers to clericals are holding charges of their senior posts, without promotions, on the base of charges of senior posts, these IAS officers are getting pm big bribes as royalty. Now these dirty corrupt IAS officers are planning to post an IAS on post of Engineer in Chief for high level corruption and swallowing big public funds, after posting of IAS as EnC, these dirty will ask 10to20% commission for each & every allotment of funds of execution of work in total state. After retirement on 31.05.10, of CE Shailendra Shukla who is holding post of EnC, these dirty IAS set an IAS on post of EnC who will be top corrupt & duffer, having no knowledge of Civil Engineering. Same is happening in MP Water Resources Department & MP Public Health Engineering & MP Rural Engineering Services Department of the MP state.
