Total MP Health & family welfare department is full of white apren doctors from ministry, HO directorate of Bhopal to thousands of primery health centers of rural areas. Each Dist. Chief Medical & HEalth officers is swallowing at least 10 to 15crores pa. these dirty corrupts are getting funds from Central, state, WHO, UNICEF etc., it is the same story of all states to Central govt. In most of govt.hospitals, medical colleges, most of doctors are doing private practices and also withdrawing non practice allowance. corrupt Minister Anoop Mishra, top hungary, corrupt, loves only highly corrupt doctors, he hate honest, so there is big clash between Commissioner Manohar Agnani & Min.
