State mineral department is collecting only 10% royalty from all types of mines of all types of minerals, rough & hard stone, sand etc., of course in this scandal all from CM, Min of Mines, Secretary, Director of Mines Department to all dist. Collector, dist. mines officers to inspectors are responsible for collecting heavy bribe, it is the true story of all 50 dist. of MP. Only MD & Secretary Suleman of MP RDC & their BOT, & other road contractors swallowed Rs1000crore since 2005 each year, and CM SR Chouhan blindly given them relaxation after getting share of this royalty. Only in Dewas Bhopal four lane project 180km, there was royalty of Rs.180 crore, while contractor shown it only Rs120crore, but not paid single paisa of royalty to MP mines department, While there is 6four lane, in which Indore-Ujjain 50km four lane, there is more than Rs.50crore, Labad-Ratlam 100km, complete in 2008, royalty of Rs.100crore, but no one paid. Of course Aajmagadiaya Aatanki Suleman, SR chouhan swallowed their major share. It is same story in all BOT roads. There is more than 1000 mines of coal, stones, mica, diamond, & hundreds types of minerals. On most of major rivers banks thousands of contractors are collecting sand & selling it to others but no one is paying proper royalty. Of course mines inspectors, officers, dist. collectors are widely collecting bribes & keeping mum.
