At one side these are not paying coal bills of all Indian Coal cos., such as WCL, SCL etc., but 2nd coincide importing coal from abroad only for getting big commission, for all 8 thermal power stations. 2nd coincide, power generating Chairman & MD & other staff are selling 20to 40% coal in transit & charging bills from generating cos. using low carbon coal & sand stones coal in these thermal power stations on higher cost. It is causing big damage in all furnace & boilers only for big commissions.
2nd coincide, if really there is shortage of electric, why these dirty corrupts are increasing rates of up to 25% to 40% only for snatching money by the way of showing heavy expenditures on purchase of electric, coal, material etc., While since 1997, each year these dirty are increasing rates, by fraudulent accounting & showing losses. 2nd coincide all MD,s are not producing P&L & Balance Sheet on end of year, only for fraud.
Shortage means shortage. What is mean of rapidly & regularly increase of rates since 1998? only for snatching money.
These dirty, corrupts, cunning & shrewd IAS officers & ministers including engineers of MPEB, are snatching funds from all 7 cos. i.e., Power Generating Co., Transmission Co., & 5 other distribution co. & showing losses, while these are selling electric on more than 10 times higher, while these dirty are not their maintaining properly & according to requirement of substations, transformers, even electric poles, transmission lines, service stations,
Most of work on contract, only for getting big commission, damaging total system of MPEB.
Even bill collecting windows, these dirty bustards given bill collections to contractors, while these dirty contractors posted only 1\5 staff of their actual requirements. While these dirty bustard, cunning shrewd IAS Raghvendra Singh of Indore & all other treating this power distribution cos. as their fathers’ property. In Indore, that dirty pig closed main gate at pologround. These are widely collecting bribes as personal funds and giving relaxations to big electric user LT & HT consumer industries getting lakhs of Rs. pm, 2nd coincide torturing domestic & small businessmen, commercial units etc., with fraudulent bills. Line faults, enquiries, fault booking, line, transformers repairing etc., most of work is on contract to fraudulent retired engineers, board employees etc., only for getting big commission. These retired engineers who taken transformers for repairing, did not do anything and collected bills of millions of Rs. and returned & hundreds of transformers these dirty sold after repairing and also taken payments of bills from these cos. after paying big bribes.
On & average each IAS officer is earning Rs.100to200crore per year from these electric cos.
MP Electricity Board is divided into 7 cos. in the year of 2000 only for corruption & snatching money from each corner. Indira Sagar Hydro Electric Power Stn.,(125x8)=1000mw, Omkarewshwar 520mw, Sardar Sarovar 54mw, not included & shown on MPEB site, while they are having their 60%share, and remaining 40% can buy on demand. These dirty CM, Energy Min. & all MDs’ as IAS are selling their share to other states for creating shortage for increasing rates. MP is also having their share in CG state electric power generating cos., NTPC of MP & CG both
