In MP state PWD department govt. provided Rs2869crore for contruction of new roads, while most of roads are under RDC, rural roads are under PMGSY, RDC is enjoying funds of Asian Development Bank too. That dirty corrupt Secretary of PWD & MD of RDC is also swallowing funds from MPRDC, MPPWD up to 30% to 50%funds from all BOT contractors. EnC S Shukla, PS PD Meena, with minister Nagod & CM Chouhan are collecting funds at least 40to60% from total allotments. Even these dirty bustards are not giving promotions to all engineers for swallowing funds, while there is big shortage of EE, SE, too, and there is no civil engineer for the post of Chief Engineer. While most of engineers from sub engineer to EE are waiting for promotion even since last 20 to 30 years. These dirty corrupt IAS as secretary & PS are trying to post IAS on post of EnC. That's why these are not giving promotion to departmental engineers, only for corruption & swallowing funds of PWD & demfaming departmental engineers.
