Central govt. HRD Min. Kapil sibbal gangster of Congresss, is sheltering all education mafia for cheating 30 crores parents from KG class to higher education. Most of Central & states ministers, IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS & capitalists have invested thier black money at least Rs1lakh crore in these most of school & colleges, so these dirty corrupt gangsters whom are past or present central & states ministers, bureaucrats paid Rs.100crores to KapilSibbal from millions of private school directors, and thousands of colleges from the total country. These Congress gangsters are only meant for snatching money from each & every corner. That vulture want to collect money by hook or crook to 30crores parents. Now education is not a social & religious business. It is totally a money snatching business, operating top corrupt & fraudulent groups in India. He is a puppet of all these education mafias, dancing on tune of money. He can do any thing fro money. Even he can pass a bill schools as brothel, in which he asked for sex education, to create sex eagerness in school going children. US want to destroy Indian children in schools to save US economy. So some times back he was asking for sec eduction.
