highly corrupt, fraudulent Secretary & MD of MPRDC Suleman, Indian Abusing Officer passed more than 8 year on the same post, because of he is collecting huge commission from all 29 BOT contractors of the state, that corrupt holding liquid & real property of more than Rs.2000million around the country, by this corruption in Public Works Department, he getting approx. commission approx. projects of Rs.3000crore, in which CRF of Rs.1000crore, Rs.800crore of Mandi Shulka, State Funds of more than Rs.500crore, Rs.2000crore projects of BOT contractors, that’s why that dirty corrupt snatching state & national highways & bustard converting into BOT roads he is straight forward collecting funds from these BOT contractors 20% to40% when he sanctions BOT projects while all these are 200 to 300% above actual CSR of PWD, and for increasing cost of collection of toll collection. Even that dirty corrupt collecting toll on single road 5mt. Wide roads such as Khandwa- Betul, Ujjain-Jhalawar etc., there are many roads which are single lane road. Of course CM SRS Chouhan is also sharing thie bribe. So he want to close all these Chief Engineer Offices of all 10 Zones of the MP state. That cunning shrewd Suleman pig want to collect that commission on sanctioning of all tenders on HO Basis of this Rs3000 to 5000crore projects. It is the same position of all Indian Abusing Services Officers, these all are highly corrupt, cunning, shrewd abuses the total country up to 30 to 40 years, snatches money, its latest example of Indian Income Tax raid on IAS pair Arvind & Tinu Joshi.
