Highly corrupt and rude CE YC Sharma of Narmada Tapti Basin of Indore for swallowing money, not constructing water bodies according to standard.
in the MP Water Resources Development department most of the engineers are highly corrupt cunning and rude, So they are unable to follow the departmental law, manuals for water bodies i.e., for construction of earthen & concrete dams, canals, lift irrigation, ponds, stop dams pipelines, aqua ducts, tunnel, according to Manuals, schedule of rates, Right to Information law, land acquisition law, forest and other or revenue law, only for their own corruption cheating of public fund, corruptions. Of course it is true and hard fact I fought for all general category people engineers not only for the department but also for the state and Nation but the general category engineers employees and other offices are really very cunning shrewd and corrupt.
before 2 months on 1st January 18, State Government posted a chief engineer YC Sharma in Narmada Tapti basin at Indore office, Who is highly Cunning and shrewd he did a lot of corruptions man he was and Executive Engineer and sub divisional officer there is a lot of Complaints against him but due to corruption and and distribution of good money he got promotion for Superintending engineer And now posted as chief engineer in Narmada Tapti basin at Indore who is highly rude and conning, in case Of appeal of Right to Information act 2005 on the time of that appeal he just ask with applicant and appellant why you are asking for information what is and where is the public welfare no need to serve you the information, what you are asking in this application. That proved he was treating that department, its total record, Such as his father's property, not interested to serve any information, when applicant asked you are utilising public fund I am also praying 200% taxes duties to government for your salary and this fund so you are liable to serve all the information what any applicant ask Under the RTI.
According to the departmental sources, this CE Sharma, also asking for 2% Commission on each tender sanctioned, for work, torturing engineers for money showing them legal aspects and creating problems to all of them.
Total staff of this basin is also very angry with his rude nature and conversation that shows he want to save his own And corruption of his subordinate staff officers, the clerk Vyas who's looking this RTI, And establishment clerk asking money for each and every work of all Engineers and all non technical staff for their Service records pension pay my Salary payments increments posting transfer etc., and passed more than 10 years on the same post and place.
Dewas division in the year of 2014 constructed Datuni Dam and canals, I reported it is not according to the standard of manual these canals Proving that Executive Engineer Mukesh Chaturvedi, SDO Yeole, & Manish sub engineers, SE, CE, EnC to PS did a lot of fraud and corruption for money and not made it according to the standard of manual in the dam.
