Chief & all Information Commissioners of Central & state Governments are only enjoying the power & post with honey & money. After 12years, all these dirty corrupts could not asked to Central & all state governments’ highly corrupt, fradulent chief secretaries, principal secretaries, secretaries, commissioners, directors etc., chairmen, managing directors of all public sector undertakings for proper follow up of sec 2(j)i, 4, in this all departments suo moto take actions & provide information & records under RTI act. While there should be no proper check, audit of all applications, appeals, their appellate officers, their replies, disposal of applications & appeals. Even in MP state, in administration, Zila Panchayats, rural development, commercial tax, agriculture department PS appointed the same dist. officer as his own appellate officers, so these dirty corrupts are unable to reply applications & appeals.
It is not necessary to file 2nd & final appeals. According to reports from reliable sources, most Chief & information commissioners are widely collecting bribes and rejecting 2nd final appeals. While most of central & state govt. departments, PSUs’ such as banks, insurance cos., fuel cos., are even not accepting & responding applications. While most of session & dist. Courts, high courts, Supreme Court of India yet not fulfilled requirement of this law, even in so many cases they rapped this law and given decisions against the transparency of spirit of law and made this act useless, only for saving corruption, frauds & cheating with public fund.
